Job Title: Business Analyst / Digital Product Manager (CSPO) / Remote Work
Duration: 15 months contract, extendable up to 24 months
Location: New Brunswick, NJ
Can be 100% remote, must reside in NJ/PA area to be able to meet onsite every other month

Job Description:
Digital Product Manager
This role will support the continued development of a digital platform in Company Finance and will involve working with wide range of stakeholders in Finance and Technology teams to understand business demands and identify opportunities.
The product manager is expected to apply best practices in digital product management to proactively identify product needs, with guidance from the Business Product Owner.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the product strategy, product roadmap, and the specific needs of the user base.
Deliver the product roadmap by identifying user needs through stakeholder interviews, assessing engagement analytics, and interpreting user feedback and research.
Collaborate with other Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Experience Designers to identify solutions for user needs that align with the product roadmap.
Collaborate with other Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Experience Designers to define business requirements for the development team.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to maximize user value and continuously improve the features of the digital platform.
Partner with Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure User Stories are ready for development and prioritized for each sprint.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing as needed.
Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, providing documentation as necessary.
Execute the above responsibilities independently with an expectation of little rework.
Qualifications:
Required Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Digital Products, User Experience, Finance, or a related field.
2 to 8 years of relevant experience in the areas of digital product or software development.
Experience with Agile methodologies; SCRUM Product Owner certification is a plus.
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
Energetic, highly organized, assertive with good negotiation and problem-solving skills to deal in situations whereby groups may not agree on every point, and to intervene and escalate when necessary.
Strong skills in managing and implementing projects.
Critical thinking skills and strong problem-solving capability.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Experience with JIRA is a plus.
