Job Description
Focuses on data analysis that delivers supply chain business results, identifies and actions inefficiencies, builds relationships with customers and distributors, and monitors the movement of products through the supply chain cycle.
- Conducts hard data analysis to identify and action inefficiencies.
- Provides customers with order status reports and coordinates ship method.
- Tracks orders and delivery performance to resolve potential production delays/problems and trouble shoot no shows or past due orders.
- Prepares standardized and ad hoc reports to support business analysis.
