About the Job
Job Description: HYBRID position. 2 - 3 days in Minnetonka.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute general inventory activities (i.e. loaner kit, consignment, PO pending, inventory turns, cycle-counting, etc.).
• Create and distribute inventory analytics, performance metrics, and ad hoc reports as business needs dictate.
• Assist with the quarterly field inventory cycle counting process, including tracking, reporting, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate, as required by the quality system.
• Execute and document various Field Inventory processes as required (Work Instructions and forms) and support maintenance in Windchill (doc control system).
• Work closely and build cross-functional relationships with other departments including, but not limited to Field Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing and Quality.
• Effectively cross-trains across other various Field Inventory roles.
• Participate in internal Quality audits, meetings, follow up and assigned tasks.
• Active team member motivated to achieve and demonstrate best practices in line with the department's objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Management and/or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience
IF NO degree, will require at least 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates understanding of the urgency of requests and how to effectively prioritize them
• Team-player with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience and familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC)
• Experience with SAP and Tableau (or equivalent sales reporting tools)
• Prior *** or Med Device experience
