Education & Experience Required:
• 4-year college or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing Cloud experience
• Equivalent experience may be substituted for education
Required Technical Skills:
• Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification
• Marketing Cloud Developer Certification
Desired Technical Skills:
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
• Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
• Marketing Cloud to CRM Connect familiarity with Data Extensions, Audience building, and Journey Automation using Sales and Service data
Required Soft Skills:
• Ability to clearly communicate in verbal and written documentation
• Eager to learn new applications and technologies
• Ability to follow documented standards to build enhancements
Desired Soft Skills
• Critically think through design elements to bring industry best practices
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
• Configure, test and deploy marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including automated and triggered campaigns
Typical task breakdown:
• Configure, test and deploy marketing automation campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including automated and triggered campaigns
• Monitor technical performance of assets and test/troubleshoot
• Provide product and subject matter expertise to internal client teams
• Estimate effort required to implement proposed solutions
• Build and maintain solution related documentation
Interaction with team:
• Daily standups with agile team Business Analyst and Product Owner. Regular Teams chats and meetings available as needed
Work environment:
• Hybrid
• Primarily remote, some work in Nashville office as needed
