The Analyst Development Program (ADP) helps aspiring graduates (like you!) develop a broad knowledge base throughacurated training curriculum, an established mentorship program, androtational assignments tailored to your developmental goals. Through both collaborative and independent work, you will begin your career ready to make an impact with your foundation of business acumen, analytical toolbelt, and professional skills all with the support of your instant network in our vast analyst community.
QualificationsWhat you’ve got:
- You have 0-2 years of related professional experience.
- You hold, or will be completing, a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- You possess strong analytical and quantitative skills that fuel your passion for identifying and investigating patterns and trends.
- You possessstrong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- You have experience with technical programs, including MS Office suite specifically Excel, and have some knowledge of SAS, R, Python,Power BIand/or SQL.
- You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
