Job Description: Analyst II, Rebates and Fees
About the Role:
This role will be a member of the Rebates and Fees Team within ***'s Commercial Services Team ensuring accurate data and compliance for ***. The Analyst II is responsible for performing multifaceted analyses to assess customer contract performance. Supports BSC customers by ensuring contract compliance, resolving rebate issues by partnering with internal teams.
Responsibilities Include:
• Provide oversight and insightful analysis with rebate settlement.
• Ensure timely rebate payments and customer market share communications.
• Manage the processing, settlement, payment and reporting of rebates within BSC's Revenue Management systems.
• Support principal analyst with workload requests.
• Maintain a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract rebate obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate cross functionally to clarify and/or resolve questions related to agreement language, contract setup or customer requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with four years of work experience, in finance, accounting, sales operations, contract administration or another related field. FIRM.
• Comfortable multitasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Advanced with MS Office programs (with focus on Excel).
• Advanced Excel capabilities (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
