Job Description: About the Role:
This role will be a member of the Rebates and Fees Team within ***'s Contract Center of Excellence Team. The role is responsible for performing multifaceted analyses to assess customer contract performance. Supports BSC customers by ensuring contract compliance and managing rebate calculations and subsequent payment to customer. This role is at the Arden Hills Campus three days a week and remote two days a week.
Responsibilities Include:
• Analyze sales data and calculate rebate amount earned per the terms of the agreement.
• Prepare customer rebate notifications summarizing sales data and rebate earned.
• Ensure timely rebate payments to customers by providing guidance to team of contract coordinators who request payment and mail payment to customer.
• Work in partnership with other rebate analysts who are settling similar rebates to ensure consistency in processes.
• Work with the sales field to request customer market share data and analyze submitted customer information to determine if rebate has been earned on achievement of market share criteria.
• Use BSC's Revenue Management systems and Microsoft Excel to evaluate sales and rebate criteria, and to process payment.
• Maintain documentation for financial audit purposes.
• Maintain a complete understanding of contract requirements to ensure all relevant contract rebate obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate cross functionally to clarify and/or resolve questions related to agreement language, contract setup or customer requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with three years of work experience, in finance, accounting, sales operations, business, contract administration or another analytical field.
• Comfortable multitasking and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with sales team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of contracts and related documentation.
• Experience with MS Office Suite
• Advanced Excel capabilities with sufficient experience to proficiently manage large data sets and numerous files.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
