Analyst HRIS Sr - Clean Harbors

Clean Harbors is looking to hire a self-motivated Sr. HRIS Analyst that will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the organization's Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) systems portfolio and related business processes to maximize the effectiveness of HR operations. This position involves consulting with the Human Resources (HR) Team and Leadership on the development and analysis of reports and analytics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy of employee and business information, analysis of functional and technical business requirements, development of systems documentation and training plans, and evaluating new systems and Oracle modules to meet changing business needs and the growth of the company.
