Analyst, Operational Resilience - Judge Group

Summary:

The Analyst, Operational Resilience will support with the maintenance of the business continuity program and disaster recovery strategies and solutions, encompassing corporate emergency response, employee preparedness, and incident management. Coordinate and assist with conducting risk assessments, as well as identifying prevention and mitigation efforts that result from such work. Provide advice and guidance to business leaders and their teams. Work with the team to plan, prioritize the implementation of strategies, solutions and liaise with the process owners on raising awareness on the overall business continuity and disaster recovery procedures corporate-wide.

· Bachelor’s degree in information security, Information Technology or related fields

· 3 to 5 years of business continuity, crisis planning, emergency management, facilities/critical systems management, security planning, or related role

· 10+ years of professional experience

· Experience in project management, group facilitation and training are required

· Certified Business Continuity Professional (DRII CBCP) or equivalent industry certification

· Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or equivalents preferred

· Project Management Professional with a PMP certification desired

Skills:

Position Skills:

· DR/BC planning experience including Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Recovery Strategies and Crisis Management

· Development and execution of business continuity and disaster recovery exercises within individual departments across the enterprise

· Experience working with IT teams to develop, maintain and test IT Disaster Recovery and fallback/fall over processes

· Proficiency with Send Word Now and Assurance

· Proven ability to write global policies and standards
