One Federal Solution is hiring an Analyst/Registrar to support our Federal Government client in the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card credentialing office in the Chicago, IL area.

Task and Duties:
- Data Entry into various systems
- Activate security compliant PIV cards
- Run Reports
- Take up to date photographs of PIV cardholders.
- Assist with tracking PIV card expiration and recertification due dates
- Order fingerprints
- Printing PIV cards as identified for processing
- Review of reports, emails, or other data identifying PIV card specific information such as expiration dates
- Schedule PIV card, fingerprinting, photography, etc., appointments with applicable staff commensurate with the PIV activation need.
- Troubleshoot unexpected issues or problems such as PIV cards being misrouted to incorrect locations
- Collaborate with the local NPS Building Management staff for utilizing PIV cards for granting physical building access
- Use clear and professional communication and provide a high quality of customer service when interacting with Government personnel.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must possess computer skills preferably in the following computer software programs: Microsoft Office Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting administrative tasks.
