Analyst, Revenue Operations: 24-02973 - Akraya Inc.

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing customer account activities, ensuring seamless contract execution, order processing, and invoicing while adhering to compliance and revenue standards. You will act as a knowledge expert, leveraging your understanding of customer data to improve business outcomes and support automation to scale business operations effectively. The role demands a high degree of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, drive new systems and process integrations, and maintain the integrity of financial and customer data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex validations of revenue transactions and ensure compliance with product rules and policies.
• Provide comprehensive support in auditing processes and serve as a point of escalation for customer and internal stakeholder inquiries.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance business scalability and efficiency.
• Lead optimization strategies for the integration of new products and acquisitions into existing systems and processes.
• Design and execute detailed reports for performance analysis, and maintain documentation critical to role efficacy.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in CONTRACTS management and understanding of legal terms.
• Advanced experience with SALESFORCE.COM and SAP systems.
• Exceptional ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Industry Experience:

• Experience in Revenue Operations, specifically within finance or related sectors.
• A solid background in account management, revenue recognition, and finance operations is preferable.
