Job Overview:The Analyst, S&OP II is responsible for executing the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning strategy and processes. This may include demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, logistics planning, and facilitation of all data gathering and communications necessary for the S&OP Leadership Team. Will Including leading meetings, business report outs, balancing weekly/monthly rough cut capacity plans, and conducting management review meetings. The S&OP Analyst is also responsible for S&OP process improvement and establishing/reporting related business metrics and acting as a key contributor to procurement plans
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain rough cut capacity planning (rccp) for manufacturing facilities to meet customer demand within operational resources while achieving inventory and cost objectives.
- Coordinating supply planning processes which includes leading weekly meetings with each of the 6 manufacturing locations and tracking to monthly supply plans.
- Update and maintain performance run rates for all manufacturing locations for capacity planning.
- S&OP KPI tracking to plan; weekly, monthly, YoY and YTD.
- Provide inventory analyses and outlooks for cost, warehouse utilization, and co-manufacturing coordination.
- Provide strategic what if analysis scenarios for short- and long-term planning horizon.
- Maintain planning data within ERP system: Safety Stock, Lead Times, Lot Sizes, Sourcing Rules, etc.
- Help with forecast maintenance process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help gathering Master Data to set up new items.
- Responsible for managing cross functional/multi-site projects, work stream team activities, including content, timeliness, quality of deliverables, cross work stream integration, user acceptance testing, cutover implementation planning, and leadership status reporting.
- Support creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required with major in a technical field preferred (e.g., industrial engineering, business, etc.); MBA or advanced degree a plus
- Minimum 2+ years related experience in a planning framework, supply chain, and/or S&OP · Demonstrated ability to meet operational goals while also fostering a positive work environment
- Strong interpersonal communication, leadership and coaching skills
- Analytical and planning skills to determine supply, demand and inventory requirements
- Experience in business process reengineering and program / project management
- Ability to lead multiple people and projects simultaneously
- Understanding of E2E planning
- Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with internal and external customers and develop a collaborative working relationship across all leadership levels.
- Capability to help translate information into actionable insights.
- Skilled in presenting information or ideas concisely, accurately, and clearly verbally and in writing.
- Skilled in analyzing and documenting simple and complex business processes.
