As part of the Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies Sales Operations team, this role supports our newly created and growing national field analytics team, as well as the broader TMTT organization. Working cross-functionally, you will leverage information relating to inventory, compensation, contracts, rebates, pricing, sales, and market trends (and much more) to partner with our sales organizations to scale the insights and solutions we deliver to the broader business in improving patient access to lifesaving technologies.
_This position is based onsite, at Edwards Corporate Campus in Irvine, CA._
How you’ll make an impact:
+ Assess sales achievement and other key metrics case outcomes by integrating and blending quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources to perform complex analyses.
+ Interpret analyses, draw conclusions, and prepare and facilitate presentations on findings on trends (e.g. sales growth, market trends) to sales management and internal stakeholder team.
+ Generate standardized reports on sales information to track attainment of growth objectives, e.g., sales results, historical growth, market growth trends, budget variance, sales exceptions and product use
+ Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales results and other key metrics in applicable reporting systems. Monitor data integrity on sales dashboards and provide user support to the field for sales tools.
+ Identify opportunities for innovations in sales tools, present recommendations, and develop specifications for approved tools, as well as training users.
+ Works across TMTT to create and maintain key performance dashboard models to analyze sales performance of key strategic targets.
+ Provide high quality, timely responses to the sales organization to meet informational and reporting needs. Communicate complex logic and analysis in a manner that is easily understandable.
What you’ll need (Required):
+ Bachelor's Degree in related field required; Masters Degree will offset some experience required
+ 3+ years experience in hands on technical data analytics, database management systems, and sales enablement required
What else we look for (Preferred):
+ Demonstrates excellent communication skills including visual communication - ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely in written and presentation form, and to present information and respond to questions from all levels of the organization
+ Proven advanced technical proficiency with Excel or relative reporting tools
+ Hands on experience with data visualization tools to develop dashboards such as Tableau or PowerBI
+ Capability to adapt to proprietary systems such as JD Edwards and Salesforce.com (SFDC)
+ Ability to work independently without close supervision
+ Strong business acumen and organizational skills
+ Ability to manage project timelines and demonstrated accountability to commitments
+ Thrives in a matrixed, cross functional team environment

For California, the base pay range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 (highly experienced).
