**Job Title:** Analyst, SAP Business Process and Master Data
**Location:** RTP, NC, 27709
**Duration:** 12 months
**pay:** $41/hr
As an SAP Business Process and Master Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of Master Data processes within SAP and APO systems, specifically focused on the creation and maintenance of article data.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all aspects of article creation and expansion within the local Material Master Database.
- Coordinate with US and global teams to handle article requests and approvals efficiently.
- Ensure accurate master data setup following global guidelines and specific regional requirements.
- Monitor master data quality, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues with regional materials, including finished goods, intermediates, active ingredients, and raw materials.
- Support the correct SAP/APO article configuration to facilitate effective supply chain planning and execution.
- Translate supply chain business processes into SAP transactions for operational efficiency.
- Participate in system testing for modifications and enhancements.
- Lead or assist in improvement initiatives and process optimization projects within assigned areas.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Management, Material Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, or Logistics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
**Skills:**
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven interpersonal and customer interaction skills, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
