Maximus is currently looking for remote Training Analyst to join our team. This remote Training Analyst position will be responsible for providing front-line, first level management with the goal of meeting program objectives and customer service level agreements within the FEMA project, which is the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
In this position, you will be supporting survivors of natural disaster. The FEMA team strives to be available to help those in need requiring us to have flexibility. This position will require you to have availability to work an eight (8) hour shift, (5) days per week anytime between the hours of 6:30AM - 2AM EST (including weekends)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing and reporting on Learning and Development initiatives on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis including but not limited to: training sessions and trainee completions, quality improvement analysis of training programs, On-line learning metrics, employee engagement analysis, leadership development impact assessments and forecasting and make recommendations for action or improvement based upon results.
- Create, maintain, and analyze timely analytics/metrics on learning and development initiatives including but not limited to: Training assessment scores, Pre and Post training performance results, effectiveness and efficiency of training, customer satisfaction results, trainer key performance indicators and make recommendations to training leadership for action or improvement based upon results.
- Create and maintain any additional ad hoc analytics requests by the client and project leadership.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining new/innovative reporting platforms to convey results using the allocated tools.
- Responsible for converting complex data into visually appealing presentation formats to be delivered to audiences at all levels
- Assist the training department in carrying out various learning and development programs and procedures for all project employees in multiple locations.

- Partner with subject matter experts, managers and stakeholders to gather insights and ensure training content aligns with business objectives. This includes supporting the development and update of course curricula as needed to ensure effective knowledge transfer and content meets the ongoing business needs.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment.
