Title: Financial Analyst, Junior Level
Location: Miami, FL, downtown. Must work onsite 4 to 5 days a week.
Duration: 3 months to 2 years
Compensation: 23 to 26hr.
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Skillset / Experience:
Client is seeking an achiever to join our Treasury Department as an Analyst. Come be part of the team that manages the money! This includes being on the front lines of our Treasury Operations, Financial Risk Management, and Capital Markets teams. This is an opportunity to get highly sought after Treasury experience.
• Become part of the Treasury team to implement Integrity (Treasury Management System)
• Assist with data collection, data processing, and data input in Integrity
• Interact with Treasury team members and other departments on gathering financial information
• Participate in calls with FIS related to the implementation of Integrity
• Liaison with other departments in gathering and distributing information
• Assist with the documentation of processes and controls of Integrity
• Assist Treasury Operations and Financial Risk Management teams with day-to-day tasks and requirements
• Performs other Treasury department duties as needed
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field
• Ability to collaborate across departments and geographies of the company
• Detail oriented and possess organizational, self-motivation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to drive process improvement and to identify processes that can be automated
• Solid understanding of data analysis including proficiency with Excel
• Familiarity with planning software (Oracle Smart View), ERP software (JDEdwards) and visualization tools (PowerBI)
• Ability to produce high quality and error free work under tight deadlines
