About the Job
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments such as LC, and Prep. HPLC, HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, FTIR, Moisture Titrator, UV, and Spectrophotometer instruments.
- Doing the periodical audits to maintain all instruments with zero downtime.
- Conduct investigations into equipment failures and find solutions to specific issues.
- Develop and implement instrument maintenance schedules, SOPs, and calibration protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory sheet of instruments.
- The documentation of instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting activities.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in analytical instrumentation and recommend upgrades or new instrument acquisitions when necessary.
- Assist in the selection, installation, and validation of new analytical instruments.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for instrument repairs, maintenance, and procurement activities, put in place and adhere to AMCs, and assess the performance of vendors and equipment periodically.
