Job DescriptionThe Global Sales Leader is responsible for driving growth and maximizing market potential for our Analytical Instruments product line. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership to develop and execute sales strategies across global markets. The ideal candidate will lead and inspire sales teams, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and leverage market insights to achieve ambitious performance goals. This position requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in scaling sales operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, global environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global sales and product strategies to maximize market share, revenue growth, and retention.
- Create and manage a 3-5 year product lifecycle roadmap.
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging to empower sales channels.
- Lead product initiatives and launches, communicating plans and progress effectively.
- Coach and direct sales professionals to achieve market share gains and support strategic initiatives.
- Manage sales budgets and foster communication between commercial and operational teams.
- Utilize CRM tools for sales decisions, negotiations, and accurate forecasting.
- Maintain expertise in products, competitive positioning, and market trends.
- Establish and grow key customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Recruit, develop, and improve capabilities of sales and support personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and EHS policies.
- Optimize pricing strategies and channel-to-market approaches across global regions.
- Monitor competitor tactics and industry changes, informing stakeholders as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in sales and product management.

Education & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Chemistry or related field preferred)
- At least 10 years of sales experience, including:
- 10 years of water industry/instrument market experience
- 7 years of sales management experience, leading a broader international sales organization
- Experience with Analytical Instruments products and industry
- Experience in developing direct reports and building effective teams
- Experience planning and managing sales resources for major, new, and existing customer accounts
- Ability to travel globally up to 35%
Preferred:
Master's, MBA, or PhD in chemistry or related is desirable
Good to Have:
- Cloud Security- Azure, GCP or AWS.
- Experience leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects
- Strong Communicator. Ability to effectively interact with internal and external
- customers, managers, and staff.
- Detail oriented. Superior written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

- Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $150,000 - $190,000 annually
