Android Product Support Program Manager at US Tech Solutions

Duration: 6 months contract

Job Description:

• This role supports the Android product line by managing launches, improving customer-facing content, analyzing support operations data, and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Android user experience by:
• Managing product launches effectively.
• Enhancing customer-facing content and support resources.
• Analyzing user data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Implementing process improvements to optimize support operations.

Experience:

• ​​Experience: 4-5+ years of experience in program management or a related field. Strong experience in business analytics and process improvement.
• Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion. Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Business/Data Analytics: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Ability to extract insights from data sets.
• Continuous Improvement: Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Tools or Applications Experience: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).

Skills:

• Experience working within the mobile technology industry.
• Familiarity with the Android ecosystem.
• PMP or Six Sigma certification (preferred but not required).

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field experience.
