Eligible for $150,000.00 forgivable loan OR $150,000.00 in student loan repayment as a new hire incentive!

MAPMG physicians are salaried, without the complexities of multiple insurers or fee-for-service. Our members have easy access to specialists and medical records, thus allowing you to treat the whole patient.

What You Can Expect:

• This position is listed as a 0.8FTE, which is the equivalent of 32 hours per week and is reflected in the salary listed below
• Case Mix: Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Bread & Butter Pediatrics, Spine, OB, endoscopy, EP. No open hearts or trauma.
• To work on average 40-45 hours a week (annual salary based strictly on a 40-hour work week. Option to work more for extra pay or time off)
• Call approximately 1:7 weekdays & an average of 1 weekend call per month
• Guaranteed post-call day off
• Minimal CRNA supervision

Minimum Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesia
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
• Work visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.

The starting annual salary for this position is $360,000 which considers an applicants skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
