We are looking for a dedicated Anesthesiologist in Richmond, IN with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude.
The ideal Anesthesiologist will demonstrate exceptional communication and critical thinking skills, combined with a deep understanding of anesthesia techniques and patient safety. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients before surgery, developing individualized anesthesia plans, and administering anesthesia during surgical procedures. You will monitor patients' vital signs throughout the procedure, make real-time adjustments to ensure their comfort and safety, and manage any complications that may arise. Postoperatively, you will oversee patient recovery from anesthesia and collaborate closely with the surgical team to provide comprehensive care. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and safe surgical experience for every patient.
Job Requirements:
- 2 Years experience
- Active IN MD or DO License
- BC / BE - Anesthesiologist
- Procedure Logs - Past 12 Months
- Flu / Covid vaccine

The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy peds, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks. No CRNA supervision.
