Job Description:HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking a CRNA that desires a No call, shift work schedule and the ability to practice top of license to join the dynamic team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital. Bayonet Point is a Level II Trauma Center located just north of Tampa on the West Coast of FL. This cohesive and stable team has grown together over the past 2 years under outstanding Clinical leadership and is thriving as a part of the HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services hospital-employed model.
Highlight of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates:
- Staffing model of 9 Anesthesiologists (6 Gen and 3 Cardiac) and 22 CRNAs covering 11 Sites of Service including EP Lab, Cath Lab and Endo.
- Annual volume approx. 9,000 cases.
- Diverse mix of cases including, General Surgery, Trauma, Cardiac, heavy Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Bariatric, Robotics, etc.
- No OB. No Peds.
- NO CALL. Shift model. Including 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s and 24s.
- CRNAs are able to perform Peripheral Nerve Blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
- Excellent base salary with additional $30K in stipends for Trauma and geographic location
- $50K Start date bonus and relocation assistance available.
- 8 weeks Time Away from Practice- frontloaded, not accrued
- Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift calculated on a daily basis. Premium rate also applies if CRNA chooses to pick up an extra shift.
- $2500 annually for CME
