This location is sought-after being close enough to Philly to commute and yet offering a cheaper cost of living. This role pays handsomely and the base is structured by years of experience. With call and experience, one can make around $300K here. Plus receive two bonuses including a sign-on and annual bonus. The employer tries to work with you on schedule requests and quality of life. 10s are offered as well as the potential for 12 and 24-hour shifts. Highly compensated moonlighting is available. If you just want a schedule with 40 hours a week and handoff call that's very doable here. The benefits are great including the retirement of up to 10% of pay and PTO to 10 weeks with tenure. This is a hospital-based pediatric-focused role. The location is excellent as Philadelphia is within driving distance and this location is also accessible from DE, south Jersey, and MD.
