About The Position
Aya Locums has an immediate opening for a locum Anesthesiologist position in Angola, IN, offering competitive pay of $330.00 - $350.00/hour.
Position Overview:
- Specialty: Anesthesiology
- Contract Length: Ongoing
- Start Date: January 13, 2025
- Schedule: Days, nights, and weekends; 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM with on-call coverage from 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM on weekdays. Weekend call required.
- Daily Model Options:
- 1 MD & 2 CRNAs on Mondays, 3 CRNAs Tues-Fri
- 1 MD Mon-Fri, 2 CRNAs Mon-Fri
Facility Details:
- Type: Critical Access Hospital
- Location: 416 E Maumee St, Angola, IN
- Patient Volume: Approximately 2800 cases/year, including general, ortho, OB, GYN, and more.
Work Requirements:
- Licensure: Indiana state license and DEA certification required (no willing to license).
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required.
- Experience: Proficient in blocks, spinals, and epidurals; board certified preferred.
Additional Information:
- Credentialing Timeframe: TBD, expedited for qualified candidates.
- Travel/Lodging: Provided.
- Interview Process: Clear name and Zoom interview with the department.
