We are seeking a Angiography/ IR Registered Nurse to join our team. This position requires on-call during the week and rotating weekends.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Angiography/IR Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care for patients undergoing angiography and interventional radiology procedures. They assist with pre-procedure preparation, intra-procedure monitoring, and post-procedure recovery while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• ·Assess patient condition, review medical history, and obtain informed consent.
• Monitor patient vitals, administer sedation, and provide sterile field support.
• Monitor recovery, manage pain, and educate patients on discharge instructions.
• Work closely with radiologists, technologists, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state which you practice.
• A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Heath Care Provider is required.
• A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Heath Care Provider is required.
• Prior Critical Care experience is required.
