About the Job
Anthropologie is seeking a digital marketing professional to develop and execute the Affiliate marketing activation strategy for Anthropologie Group brands, Anthropologie, AnthroLiving, and AnthroWeddings. This role is highly cross-functional where teamwork, innovation, analysis, and strategic thinking are critical aspects of this position’s responsibilities.
We are looking for anAffiliate coordinator who knows how to execute within affiliatechannels and can help us to explore how to grow our affiliate presence while connecting our mission and our unique product assortment customers. You will collaborate closely with our other paid digital channels, creative and merchandising leads as well as ad tech stakeholders to align the channel and business growth goals.
In this rolecollaborationand clear communications are key. It is critical that you are curious, a self-starter, and a willing teammate who takes pride in ownership of this important program. The ideal candidate has serious analytical skills andastrong work ethic with a drive to provide growth for the business. It's important to possess an eagerness to innovate, measure, test, sometimes fail, learn, and evolveto implement improved strategies for Anthropologie Group campaigns across the Affiliate Marketing Channel.
Role Responsibilities:- Support the Affiliate Team in working cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, brand marketing,and analytics teams to incorporate the business vision into affiliate programs.
- Work closely with Affiliate Agencies to communicate brand priorities, promotions, & needs, including but not limited to text links, publisher newsletters, placement reporting & management.
- Monitor and optimizeAffiliate publisher performance to drive profitable demand and support business priorities.
- Correspond campaign initiatives with influencer network and monitorexecution
- Review & Approve Influencer content to ensure campaign needs are met.
- Pull weekly & monthly affiliate reporting and analyze performance across channels, tactics, and campaigns to help generate data-driven recommendations to drive profitable demand, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Help to manage and organize the content publisher program through calendars, reports, and summaries.
- Contribute to other team projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and willingness to support opportunities to drive the business
- And other ad hoc requests to support the Affiliate Specialist

Role Qualifications:- 1-2 years’ experiencein performance marketing- in affiliate, content, or influencer marketing preferred
- Familiarity with Affiliateplatforms is a plus (Rakuten, CJ, Impact, Pepperjam)
- Agency and/or consulting experience is a plus
- Experience analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and crafting presentations to exhibit performance trends
- Proven relationship building, communication, and negotiation skills
- High degree of project managementskill, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
- Familiarity with web analytics
- The position demands strong analytical, planning and multi-tasking skills to achieve business objectives, as well as a keen marketing sense to maximize resonance with target audiences
- This position requires great relationship building skills through communication
- Passion for digital, staying on top of the changing ecosystem including advertising formats, channels, and technologies
- An innate curiosity and ability to breakdown complex analyses into concise, straightforward recommendations and marketing initiatives

- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or a related field
