Responsibilities of the AP/AR Manager include but are not limited to:
- Prepare weekly check run
- Print all in-house payments
- Create/upload check file to 3rd part AP processor (Avid)
- Administrator of Avid – add/edit Users, update permissions, add new entities, void invoices, etc.
- Administrator of Northspyre – Project AP workflow system
- Maintain all utility payments by setting up for ACH and ensuring invoices are posted monthly
- Maintain all credit card payments and ensuring invoices are posted monthly
- Create Tenant charges import file based on Rent Roll
- Post check payments, ACH, wires
- Create internal charges not on Rent Roll
- Create monthly salary timesheet rebill
Background Expected of the AP/AR Manager :
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+years of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and an ability to learn new technology
- Excellent communication, administrative and customer services skills
MaxSalary: USD95000
MinSalary: USD75000
