AP/AR Specialist - Contract to Hire at Rezult Group

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to fill an immediate contract to hire opportunity in Nashville, TN operating on a hybrid schedule.

Job responsibilities include:

• 50% Accounts Receivable and 50% Accounts Payable duties
• Entering invoices as they come in – up to 25/day
• Running reports, credit memos, and handling payments—up to 15/day
• Handling cash entries, keying data into reports and performing data entry for maintenance/repair orders and basic billing responsibilities
• Providing administrative support to current AR/AP team for all Ad hoc needs

We are currently speaking with candidates who have:

• Two plus years of Accounts Payable experience (ideally a blend of AR & AP)
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate Excel skills—VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
