AP/AR Specialist
Location: Jackson, MI
Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Compensation: Up to $22 per hour
Onsite: Fully onsite position

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Apply cash payments accurately.
• Post payments in Oracle and Excel.
• Work with an API application that integrates Oracle for data exchange.
• Extract, review, and return invoices to Oracle as needed.

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Manage a high volume of invoices (up to 500 per week per person).
• Process 35,000 invoices monthly using Oracle.
• Handle variable workloads, with slower days on Tuesday and Wednesday and higher volumes on other days.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Quick learner who is comfortable picking up new tasks.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to software systems.
• Basic experience with AP/AR functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle experience is a plus.
