Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist Position:

• Process invoices for Accounts Payable - scanning, data entry, and filing
• Complete 3-way match and code invoices in the General Ledger
• Billing of customers, follow up on overdue payments
• Posting payments to the General Ledger
• Balancing daily batches and reports; distributing reports
• Research and resolve discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Associate's degree in accounting or finance OR equivalent accounting experience PLUS...
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Collections
• Prior experience with a major ERP
• Prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

The AP/AR Specialist role is fully onsite in Mishawaka, Indiana
Salary: $41,680.00 - $51,680.00
