AP Clerk - Duit Construction

Ensures the efficient operation of the Accounts Payable Office.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coding, processing, payment, and filing of payables in a timely manner
• Work with the field to accurately code and class payables, and credit card charges.
• Ensure vendors are paid accurately and on a timely basis.
• Responsible for issuance and compliance of 1099's
• Assist in managing Companywide Accounts Payable transactions to meet state and federal auditing standards.
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills including Excel experience
• Strong communication skills
• Team player with self-confidence and professional presence
• Hands-on, detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical, planning, and evaluation skills
• High degree of maturity and business judgment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong Viewpoint ERP skills
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
