KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR AP CLERK ROLE:
- Accurately enter and manage accounts payable data.
- The AP Clerk will process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests efficiently.
- Maintain vendor records and ensure timely payments.
- The AP Clerk will reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
- The AP Clerk will provide general administrative support as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AP CLERK ROLE:
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable, data entry, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Salary: $40,000- $50,000
Location: This position is fully onsite in Tarentum, PA 15084.
