KBW has partnered with a growing service based organization Portland, ME is searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors and be responsible for full cycle accounts payables

The responsibilities for this role include:
Full cycle accounts payable processing, matching to purchase orders and non- purchase orders
Assist with weekly AP check runs
Account reconciliations
Ad hoc projects and analysis
The requirements for this role include
2+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Strong attention to detail
Experience working with QuickBooks or QuickBooks online is highly preferred
Pay: $20-25/hr
depending on experience
