AP Clerk - US Tech Solutions, Inc.

What is the primary mission of this role?
To ensure invoices are indexed and processed timely.

What are the main functions of this role?

• Client Accounts Payable is seeking a candidate to join the organization who will be responsible for fulfilling assigned tasks throughout the end-to-end accounts payable process in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Client AP is a fast paced, team-oriented, transaction processing organization reliant on individual and team performance and continuous improvement.
• Deliver a high volume of transactional work (invoice processing) with the highest accuracy and timeliness.
• Will work with a team to ensure invoices are processed timely and will be held to an invoice processing goal.
• Accurately code and record invoices into accounting system.
• This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities.

Required Skill Sets:

• 1+ years of experience with a variety of Accounts Payable concepts, practices and procedures
• 1+ years of experience in data entry
• 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office

Desired Skill Sets:

• Knowledge and experience with SAP, Oracle and/or JDE
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with vendors and employees

High School diploma or GED degree
