Invoice Processing: Perform detailed processing of invoices, ensuring all required backup documentation, payment terms, and authorizations are accurate and complete.

Discrepancy Resolution: Analyze and research invoice inconsistencies and discrepancies, providing effective resolutions in a timely manner.

Vendor Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements to confirm payments have been made and research and correct any variances.

Customer and Vendor Inquiries: Respond promptly to inquiries from both internal and external customers and vendors, providing clear and accurate information.

Expense Report Analysis: Analyze and reconcile expense reports, ensuring alignment with the Expense Report Form and company policies.

Compliance and Control: Ensure strict adherence to accounts payable policies and controls, maintaining compliance with company standards and accepted accounting practices.

Documentation Management: Maintain thorough and accurate files and documentation, following company policy and industry best practices.

Tax Compliance: Understand and apply sales/use tax laws related to vendor purchases, ensuring correct tax payments on company purchases.

IRS W9 & 1099 Compliance: Assist in the preparation and processing of IRS W9 and 1099 forms, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the finance team.
