About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter invoices into the system accurately and promptly.
- Perform detailed data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Review invoices for completeness, correctness, and compliance with internal standards.
- Reach out to vendors to ensure contracts are on file before processing payments. For new suppliers, collect all necessary documents before setting up their accounts.
- Follow established procedures for ACH payments.
- Work primarily within Workday (experience with Workday is not required, but familiarity is a plus)
Soft Skills & Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Accountability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Monthly Volume:
- Processing between 400-600 invoices per month.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in medical accounts payable is highly preferred, but not required.
