They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate processing and management of their accounts payable activities.

OVERVIEW OF THE AP SPECIALIST ROLE:

• The AP Specialist will process and verify up to 200-300 invoices weekly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms.
• The AP Specialist will perform high-volume data entry to maintain up-to-date and accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
• The AP Specialist will match purchase orders with invoices to verify pricing, quantity, and terms.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AP SPECIALIST ROLE:

• 2+ years of experience in an accounts payable role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoice processing.
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing and matching of purchase orders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
