Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review invoice submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Manage batch imports for accounts payable entries efficiently
- Conduct timely research and reconciliation of vendor discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve missing invoices and payment issues
- Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and stakeholders
- Prepare and generate routine operational and ad hoc reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting or accounts payable experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
