AP specialist - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

he Accounts Payable Specialist will be joining the dynamic Accounting Department, reporting directly to the Controller. Responsibilities Of The Accounts Payable Specialist

• Full cycle accounts payable
• High volume matching, batching and coding of invoices
• Processing payments via online banking platforms
• Perform payment uploads, ACH, and wires
• Working with lien waivers
• Bank and credit reconciliations
• Journal and adjusting entries and assist with month end closing
• Prepare analysis of accounts
• Expense reports and ad hoc projects
  
  

Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Specialist

• 1 to 2 years of accounts payable experience
• Intermediate proficient in Excel (formulas, conditional formatting, etc.)
• Experience with SAGE Timberline is helpful but not required
• Detail oriented and efficient
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Efficient and deadline driven

PAY DOE $25.00 to $28.00
