Due to recent expansion, they have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their dynamic accounting team and support their mission of delivering quality products to communities across the area!

• Manage accounts payable for multiple suppliers, using accounting software, Excel, QuickBooks, and Sage.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, following company guidelines and approval processes.
• Review and compare purchase orders, pricing, payment terms, and associated charges.
• Record entries, process transactions, and complete account maintenance duties to ensure accurate financial records.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices.
