Accounts Payable Representative

Overview:
The Accounts Payable Representative is responsible for managing vendor relationships, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves fraud prevention, thorough vendor research, and working closely with Supply Chain Buyers and Receiving teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process invoices, ensuring documentation compliance
• Conduct vendor research and mitigate fraud risks
• Reconcile vendor accounts and respond to inquiries
• Maintain records and assist with system development and testing

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of full-cycle A/P experience preferred
• Associate degree in Finance or related field
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and data entry
