- Manage recruitment requests weekly, collaborating with internal customers and staffing agencies to fill roles within the different operations.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and update best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years in a recruitment or HR role preferred, with potential for mentorship and growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple recruitment tasks, and maintain resilience under scrutiny.
- Comfortable working with minimal management and adept at adapting to changing priorities.
