What the AP Staff Accountant will do:

• Manage the full AP process from matching & coding to posting and cutting checks.
  • Manage roughly 150 invoices weekly
• Dive deep into the financial seas, verifying, allocating, and posting business transactions with precision into subsidiary accounts and the general ledger.
• Assist with monthly financials
• Keep the financial ship steady with GL reconciliations that leave no stone unturned.

• Bring at least 5 years of experience in AP
• Associates or Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related
• Excel skills are the cherry on top!
