• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and activities.
• Ensure timely and effective repairs and maintenance of apartments.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering of maintenance supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
