Apartment Maintenance Technician 500 Sign On Bonus After 90 days - Reedy & Company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3-5 years apartment maintenance experience with 2 years of proven experience.
• HVAC certification Apartments Required
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock and appliances
• Ability to prioritize work
• Good customer service skills
• Inspect grounds, buildings and other community features, manage the turn-key operations and work directly with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor
• Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills
• Work with inside warehouse staff in ordering supplies and keeping property supplies stocked
• Reliable transportation and provide own tools
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs
• Ability to take after hours on-call emergencies when needed
• Must have valid driver's license

Location of work case by case.
$500.00 sign on bonus after 90 days
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring future sponsorship for employment visa status Must be HVAC Certified for apartments.  
Candidate must have valid Driver's License and proof of insurance.
