Location: The Meadows
Salary: $20-25 hourly, depending on experience

About the Role:

Axiom Properties is looking for a dedicated Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team.  This role is crucial in maintaining our properties to the highest standards and ensuring our residents enjoy a superior living experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine Maintenance: Conduct plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry tasks.
• Resident Requests: Address maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Property Upkeep: Inspect and maintain the grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Apartment Turnovers: Assist in preparing units for new residents.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• On-Call Duties: Participate in rotating on-call schedules and snow removal.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in apartment maintenance or a similar field desired but not required.
• Knowledge of repair and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
