APN - Medical Weight Loss - Summit Health Medical Group

Summit Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner who would like the opportunity to join a thriving practice within a financially secure, provider-driven, outpatient multispecialty setting.

As an expansion of Summit Health's Medical Weight Loss Team, we are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to care for our growing population. Our unique team includes an Internal Medicine Physician, Bariatric Surgeon, Physician Assistant and Dietician. You would join a growing integrated multispecialty medical practice long established in the community with a strong reputation excelling in quality and patient centered care.

Responsibilities Include:

• Patient appointments with diagnoses and treatment.
• Coordination of care and referral to related specialties
• Prior Authorization for diagnosis related medical treatment
• Ordering diagnostic tests, imaging review, and interpreting lab results.
• Inbasket management
