Appeals Pharmacy Technicians at Adecco USA

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring remote Appeals Pharmacy Technicians! This role is work from home / remote. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Type:                     Five-month contract, possibility for extension or fulltime offer
Schedule:             Availability to work Monday through Friday between 7am to 7pm CST, with an occasional 8-hour Saturday shift

Responsibilities of the Appeals Pharmacy Technician:

•         Become knowledgeable with our process to best support our members.

•         Expected to meet departments production, quality, and success rate standards

•         Work independently and as a team player to achieve individual and departmental goals

•         Eager to learn to work in many Windows-based applications and other complex systems.

•         Make outbound phones to collect clinical information for Medicare Part D Appeal Requests

•         Excellent oral and communication skills

•         Work efficiently to meet case deadlines

•         Model attendance and schedule adherence habits

•         Ability to remain focused and productive with little supervision

Qualifications for the Appeals Pharmacy Technician:

•         High School Graduate or GED

•         Active and unrestricted pharmacy technician license in state of residence

•         2+ year of pharmacy technician experience required

•         Proficiency with Windows-Based applications - Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management), Microsoft Word (create and edit correspondence), and Microsoft Excel (ability to create, edit, and sort spreadsheets, basic analytical formulas (VLOOKUP, if)
