Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances including refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, and washers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in appliance repair, particularly refrigeration and laundry appliances.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
