About the Job
Essential Functions
- Provide support directly to application users.
- Provision & de-provision accounts.
- Creates custom solutions per business requirements.
- Work with developers and employees to ensure business solutions are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Investigate and propose ways to maximize benefits from applications and platforms.
- Update, maintain, and improve applications.
- Create custom dashboards and reports.
- Work with internal and 3rd parties to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor system performance to provide capacity planning and optimization recommendations Complete scheduled security & monitoring tasks.
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Strong ability to document and follow processes and procedures

Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience with NetSuite
- Minimum 2 years experience in internal corporate applications, such as CRM, ITSM, ERP and or CPQ
Preferred Experience & Education
- Salesforce, Service now, NetSuite Oracle CPQ, Microsoft Power suite

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is generally within the range of $55,000 to $79,300 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range..
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds with assistance as part of office routine
